He woke up at 3am, wrote it all down, and spent months working out whether what he'd received in his sleep was actually possible. Paul McCartney woke one morning with the song "Yesterday" fully formed in his head, the melody, words, complete and spent weeks searching for the person he must have plagiarised it from, because he couldn't believe it had simply arrived. The mathematician Ramanujan, one of the most gifted minds of the twentieth century, attributed his most significant formulas directly to a Hindu goddess who revealed them to him in visions.
 

These are some of the most consequential creative and intellectual breakthroughs in modern history and every one of them came not through harder thinking, but through something else...

I don't know much about the spiritual practices of these particular individuals but I do know that this is what becomes possible when you develop yourself along a spiritual path. I'm Lola Seshat - a Spiritual Teacher and Spiritual Business Strategist, for the highly analytical, overthinkers who need more to spirituality and manifestation than "just believe" or "raise your vibration".

 

I am a former chartered accountant and management consulting director at a global firm, with seventeen years working with multinational organisations including Disney, Burberry, and GSK as well as government.
