With nearly 2 decades of experience spanning management consulting (17 years in business transformation consulting then proposition development and go-to-market strategy), leadership advisory, and spiritual development, Lola brings together strategic insight and spiritual intelligence to help clients understand the deeper forces shaping their path. 
She did not initially plan for these worlds to become integrated, but then experienced a brush with death from meningitis that caused her to experience her 3rd spiritual awakening, and an unavoidable pull towards creating her own consulting brand.

Her work focuses on business metaphysics - destiny alignment and spiritual manifestation specifically as it relates to the world of business growth, strategy and wealth creation. Influenced by Hermeticism, her Yoruba heritage and esoteric Christianity, but not attached to any particular dogma, she helps individuals decode the architecture of their destiny, and the very nature of reality itself.

Her approach blends spiritual discernment with practical strategy, helping leaders translate insight into tangible results while building the structures required to hold the life and business they are meant to lead.

Lola is also the founder of The School of Destiny, a modern mystery school dedicated to helping spiritual entrepreneurs understand their design, align with their purpose, and manifest their destiny in the real world, through classes, courses and programmes.
