How to know where to focus

Dear friend,

There is so much advice out there on how to grow your spiritual business and it can be difficult to know where to focus.

And focus is incredibly important when you want to achieve a goal. “Where attention flows, energy goes”.

Every time I’ve decided to achieve a massive goal inside of a calendar year - it required extraordinary amounts of focus.

Focus is an energetic and spiritual principle.

I wanted to give you a quick mental model to help you discern where you need to focus your time and energy in 2026 in order to grow your business.

What I have discovered is that if you have been doing a lot of ‘let me try and manifest my business being successful’ and it hasn’t worked for you - say you’ve been doing that for six months - that normally means you need more strategy.

If you have been executing the strategy, showing up consistently every day, and it hasn’t worked, that normally means you need more alignment or you need more belief i.e. Spirit.

And if you’ve been doing both of those things and nothing is happening, that’s normally a skill gap.
